The Office of Career Services strives to provide students and alumni with easy-to-use tools for finding and evaluating employment opportunities. One such tool is our online Employer Directory, which enables you to search for employer organizations based on size of firm, practice area, geographic location, and numerous other criteria. For each search you conduct, a list of qualifying employers is presented, and from this list you can quickly and efficiently access a broad range of information about each employer.

Although some of the data presented in our employer profiles is publicly available through other sources (including firm websites), it is presented here in a convenient, searchable format that facilitates easy comparison of key benefits among selected employers. In addition, many employers choose to supply additional information which is directed specifically (and exclusively) to the Boalt Hall community. You may find this information yields a richer perspective than you might otherwise gain from public sources.

As you use this tool, bear in mind that there are tens of thousands of legal employers worldwide, representing a far greater range of opportunities than could ever be embodied in this one or any other single location. This Employer Directory includes only organizations that proactively have chosen to maintain a listing and recruit at Boalt Hall. The value to you in working with this reduced set of potential employers is that you know in advance the employers are actively interested in hiring Boalt students and/or graduates.
