firm). New resumes are added to the firm's private database and searchable
along with resumes from all other sources. Opens your searches to more

Lowest-Cost Contract Staffing
|
Use our resume bank to identify candidates who meet your contract / temporary staffing needs. Contact candidates directly, and use your own screening and interviewing procedures to refine your selection. Once you've identified an individual you wish to engage, negotiate an hourly rate and start date directly with the candidate.
If you do not want to be responsible for weekly check writing, mandatory benefits and other employee liabilities, Lawmatch will upon request add the individual to our payroll. We'll issue a weekly paycheck for all authorized hours, pay all mandatory employer taxes and obligations, maintain insurance and performance bonds covering the individual's engagement at your firm, and issue a single invoice to you covering all related expense at a fixed mark-up of 28% above the agreed-upon wage.
